Estimates and Pricing

Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before work begins.

Payments

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept common payment methods including credit card, debit card, or other approved payment options.

Failure to submit payment may result in additional collection actions if necessary.

Payment for residential services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

For commercial accounts, payment terms are Net 30, meaning full payment is due within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.

Any commercial invoice not paid within the Net-30 period may be subject to a late fee of up to ten percent (10%) per month on the outstanding balance until the invoice is paid in full.

Happy House Exteriors reserves the right to suspend future services for accounts with overdue balances.

Customers may also be responsible for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting unpaid balances, including administrative or collection fees where permitted by law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that schedules change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
